David Titus focuses his practice on sophisticated securities class actions and derivative litigation. He has over five years’ experience in those areas and has also dedicated several years of work to the public interest. He was previously a Senior Staff Attorney in the LegalHealth unit of New York Legal Assistance Group, where he ran free legal clinics for patients at Lincoln Hospital and for veterans at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center in the Bronx and the Manhattan campus of the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System. In law school, he earned the Joan Offner Touval Memorial Scholarship for best brief in the first-year legal writing program.
